There are a few potential causes that could impact the charging function of your Source. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure that your Source is plugged into a functioning power outlet and that the DC connector on the bottom of your Source is securely connected and hasn't slipped out.
Step 2: Ensure there are no metal objects and wallet-cases placed on or against the surface of the Source. Also ensure there are no metal objects between a phone and the Source (including metal ring holders, credit cards, magnetic car mount plates, coins, or metal-coated PopSockets).
Step 3: Check to make sure that your phone(s) are placed on the charging surface of your Source with the screen facing out and in the portrait/upright orientation.
Step 4: Visit the compatible device list to see if your mobile device is compatible with the wireless charging function on the Source. If not, please plug your device in by USB to charge.
Step 5: Check to see if all LED lights are slowly pulsing on and off, which indicates that the software of the Source is being updated and installed. The software update will take about 5 minutes. After the software update is complete, all LED lights will turn off, and the Source is ready for charging again.
Step 6: Remove all mobile devices and any objects from the Source, and unplug the Source. Wait for 10 seconds. Plug the Source into a power outlet again. All 4 LED lights will glow for 2-5 seconds. When the LEDs stop glowing, your Source is ready for use.
Step 7: If the Source still does not work properly, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
